SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
I2M Global Construction Nigeria Limited recognizes the paramount importance of the safety of her employees, client and general public. The Company is committed to conducting all her business and operations in a health and safety practices, rules and guidelines covering all aspect of our operations comply with our client’s standard and obey all Government rules and regulation affecting our business and operations.
As a body of professionals it is the policy of the company that all services, no matter how small must be carried out in such a way that:
- we avoid any injury to and preserve the health and safety of our staff, clients and members of the public who may be exposed to our operations
 - incidents or accidents that can result in loss of time to our clients are prevented through near miss and unsafe act/safety meeting and training
 - Damage/loss of equipment and injury to or loss of any personnel is avoided by training all employees to perform their jobs properly and safety. The company insist on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees and on all jobs to avert health hazards associated with chemical and equipment
 - all employees, contractors and the general public are aware of any known potential hazards arising from operations
 - all employees assist in the investigation of accidents and fire incidents with the objective of introducing measures to prevent a re-occurrence
 - all contractor are contractually required to provide employees trained and qualified to do the specific work safely and to meet pertinent regulatory requirement

WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
Waste constitute environmental nuisance if not properly collected, handle and disposed off in an environmentally safe manner as not to cause injury or damage to humans, plants, animals and the environment (the soil, water and air).
Industrial / construction waste shall be collected in bins marked accordingly in remote locations. Biodegradable waste shall be disposed off in pits and backfilled. Non degradable waste (but combustible ones) shall be incinerated with proper precautions taken not to cause air pollution.
Non degradable and non combustible wastes shall be collected, crate and conveyed for disposal at government approved disposal sites. In all however, proper precautions shall be taken to avoid discharge of pollution in the air, land, or water. Dumping of waste in creeks, rivers and other watercourse is not allowed.
QUALITY ASSURANCE STATEMENT
I2M Global Construction Nigeria Limited is totally committed to quality in completion and cost as primary objectives. In line with the above, I2M GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED understands the Quality Assurance requirement of its clients. I2M GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED therefore, is capable of implementing an acceptable Quality Assurance program upon award of and CONTRACT.
The cost of such Quality Assurance program and its adherence have been included in the CONTRACT pricing.
QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
1.1 I2MGLOBAL CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED is totally committed to quality in the performance of its work, and quality ranks alongside timely completion and cost as primary objectives.
1.2 The policy of the management of the company is that all personnel, all job functions perform their duties in accordance with the requirement of the Quality System and are committed to quality objectives of I2M GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED in their every day activities.
1.3 It is the intent of the management to provide service to its client in a manner, which complies with contractual and legislative requirement, in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
1.4 To this end, I2M GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED , I s to provide the resources to establish, maintain and document an effective and economical quality system, developed and implement as an integral part of other quality management functions. This system is subject to regular renew and areas of non- compliance will be reported. The management of the firm will oversee appropriate corrective action.
1.5 Quality is enhanced by working in a systematic manner to formalized procedures designed to eliminate the occurrence of deficiencies and to promote uniformity of working practices
throughout I2M GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED irrespective of contract requirements. All corporate procedures fundamental to the internal control of the firm shall be implemented at all time, without significant deviation.
